When it comes to entertainment, you’ve got the adults covered…
 Show them how glad you are that they came, by planning some fun activities; just for them.
Here are 4 ideas they will love;

Colour me married!
Keep the kids entertained and busy with a small colouring folder and a couple of crayons. You can make it wedding themed by including outlines of bouquets, wedding dress, cakes,  shoes, bride and groom and so on for them colour in. All you need to do is print out the colouring papers and buy some crayons. Simple and cost effective.

And the best thing about it is that they get a colourful souvenir from your wedding that they can take home.

An MC for the kids
Consider hiring an MC to keep the kids entertained. Just like the actual MC for the wedding, make sure you get to see them in action beforehand. They should be charismatic and engaging; they should be able to tell stories, get the kids to dance and sing songs and have a couple of tricks up their sleeves.
The MC could also double up as a face painter, clown or come dressed as a popular cartoon character like Mickey Mouse, Batman or Cinderella.

The fun corner
The kids are looking forward to cake but not the long speeches peppered with marriage advice. They just want to have fun! So make a small allowance in your wedding budget for their entertainment.  You could hire a bouncy castle; kids love them (and some adults too!) You could also have someone doing face painting and blowing up balloons for the kids at the fun corner. Just make sure it is setup far enough so your speeches are not drowned by the squeals of delight but close enough for it to feel like part of your event.

Arts and Crafts
Keep the kids busy with some crafts. You could have a jewelry making station where they can create bracelets from Loom Bands kit which is very popular with kids. You can easily source for the Loom Bands kit online or in stores and it is also quite affordable to buy.

Have someone at the jewelry station to hand out loom bands and also show the kids how to make jewelry. The kids will have a great time getting creative and they will have a keepsake from your wedding.
